Hosting
This website runs on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data about the request so it can deliver the page and protect the site: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure website that works. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer to the United States.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see how quickly pages load. When a page opens, your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). The script reports the page address, the page you came from, your browser, operating system and device type, and how long the page took to load. Cloudflare derives your country from your IP address.
Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies or other storage on your device and doesn’t fingerprint visitors. We only see totals, not individual visits. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site reaches people and works well. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf, as described under Hosting.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t set cookies or track you across other sites. Apart from Cloudflare’s analytics script, it loads nothing from third parties: fonts and every other file come from lunarmachinery.com itself.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We delete them once they’re no longer needed, unless a legal duty requires us to keep them. Messages pass through Cloudflare Email Routing on the way to our inbox.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message is about a contract with us, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise: our legitimate interest in answering you.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17)
- restrict its processing (Art. 18)
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21)
